Our office is located in the Overlake area of Bellevue; in the Forest Office Park,
at the intersection of 148th Ave. NE and Bel-Red Road. Our Suite, #100,
is in Building "D" near the middle of the complex.
There's always plenty of free parking.

Directions
From Route 520
Exit at 148th Ave. NE and turn South (toward Sears/ Fred Meyer). Immediately
after crossing the intersection at Bel-Red Road, turn right into the Forest Office Park.
From I-405
Exit at NE 8th St. (13-B) going East. Turn left onto 140th Ave. NE, then right
onto Bel-Red Road. Proceed Eastbound on Bel-Red Road turning right into
the driveway at Forest Office Park.

Payments
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are welcomed, and monthly
payment plans are available through Dental Fee Plan (ask for details).
As a convenience to our patients we can assist in the preparation of your insurance
claim forms, yet the patient is ultimately responsible for payments.
Your First Visit
An initial consultation is an easy way to explore your options. If you have them,
we'll review your dental records, x-rays and any referral instructions from your dentist.
Then we'll discuss your questions, your concerns, all your appropriate alternatives
with costs and timing. It is our goal to always make your experience at our office
as pleasant as possible.
